Frequently asked questions
What's included in the Free plan?
3 services to monitor, polls every 5 minutes from our 13 anycast nodes. Your own domain, auto-incidents, subscriber emails, 2FA-protected admin. No card details required.
When do I pay?
Standard is billed monthly via Stripe (you enter card details when you order). Pro is billed according to an agreement we settle on. Free is free.
What happens if I don't pay on time?
You get a reminder by email. After a grace period (default 14 days) the service is paused — your status page shows a "service is paused" banner until payment is made. You won't lose any data.
Can I change plan?
Yes, one click in your admin under /admin/billing. Choose a new plan + period (1/3/6/12 months, 12 months = 20% discount) → Stripe Checkout → done. Pro upgrades require contact since they're quote-based.
What's required for my status page to go live?
You need to create a CNAME record (e.g. status.yourcompany.com) → webprod.no-ack.net. Instructions are sent in the welcome email after activation. We set up the HTTPS certificate automatically.
Which check types are supported?
HTTP/HTTPS GET (status code + optional content string), TCP connection to a port, DNS query with an expected answer. The Pro plan adds custom check types (ping v4/v6, JSON API calls, SSH commands).
How do I cancel?
Click End service in /admin/billing — we cancel the Stripe subscription + archive your tenant. The service runs out the current period before it's closed.
